Observations
Guarantee Policy:
- All reservations require credit card details to guarantee accomodation at time of booking. 50% of the total cost will be charged on the credit card and the remaining 50% upon arrival at the hotel.
- All rates include VAT.
Cancellation Policy:
- No charge will be made for cancellations made until 8 days prior to the arrival day for rates in rolling and low season and 15 days for rates in high season,
- 50% of the total reservation on BB basis will be charge if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival day for rates in rolling and low season and 14 days for rates in high season,
- 100% of the total reservation on BB basis will be charged for early departures or no-shows.
Check-in time from 14:00 and check-out time until 12:00.
